A sturdy, straightforward tee that speaks to lifters and physical therapists who live for progress. Clean, bold lettering sits small over the chest and returns on the back with a motivational training note: “DAY 5 / 7 — BACK SHOULDER — THE CORE OF EVERYTHING ELSE.” Wear it during heavy sets or on recovery days; the shirt feels familiar and durable, moving with you through warm-ups, technique work, and cool-downs. The matte black background makes the warm orange text pop—visible from across the gym but never flashy. It’s made to last session after session, honoring the steady, disciplined approach that keeps you showing up.
